Encroached public property (Park)

Sir,
I V. G. Velmurugan President of People Rights Foundation(Gov.Reg), do hereby lodge a complaint on behalf of the public in general who bring this issue to us against the street vendor who are unlawfully encroached the premises of the Royapettah Park ,Thiru. v.ka.salai,KO.C.Mani Park,Zone 9,Ward 111. I state that the street vendor who unlawfully encroached the park premises in and around are knowingly disturbing the public to enter the park.

I further state that the street vendors are mostly involved in selling the eatables inFood stall which are not hygienic to public health.

I state that they even using cylinders for cooking in their Food stall which are located around the park premises which again brings the fear of accident to the general public.
So kindly request you to immediately evict street vendor from in and around the park premises and do take necessary action as soon as possible.
